Question:

How much do u think ill loose?? 10 points!!?

i know its not healthy but its only for 2 weeks and if i still feel like losing weight after i will eat 1000-1500 kcalories a day and all from healthy foods...

right now my diet is:

breakfast

yogurt 70 kcals

vitamin

black coffee

lunch

fish or meat or chicken grilled

salad/veggies

tons of tea, water....

1 cereal bar every 3 dayz

walk a lot, sometimes jog

what do u think?? how much will i loose??

also do u think i can have a 1200 kcalories cheat day??? thank u))

  1. i hope that you forgot dinner...what my friend did was that she just ate half of what she would normally eat...granted this is not healthy but it did work (but she didn't do any running at all and she did lose weight. the thing is that if you don't eat your body will go into starvation so that when you go on  that 1200 days your body will hold as much as it can...you need to  balance it...what i do is this....

    run as much as i eat...then do extra weight(i enjoy that so its my release)

    but eat healthy as well the thing is that you can eat what ever(with in reason) but you just have to run it off...and just cut out carbs and eat normally buy some cook books so it doesn't get boring.

I think you will but I odn't think that is equal to 1000 calories a day.  Try at least 1200 or you will starve.  If you starve you will break your diet.  you need to eat!! to lose!! but just healthy foods.  yogurt banana and coffee.  tuna veggies and an apple for lunch,  dinner salmon or grilled chicken steam veggies.  attempt to eat as much natural fruit and vegetables as possible.  stay away from empty calories - like cereal bars.

  4. To me that sounds like a pretty good diet.

    My weight is average and i would say my diet isn't even as healthy as that.

    In my opinion I think if you kept this up for at least one month you would see a huge difference and gradually loose weight but saying that it depends what your weight is currently.

    As for the "cheat day" I would say do it :P as long as you balance it all out including exercise. A healthy diet can include unhealthy and what you might call "fatty" foods such as, cake, chips & chocolate as long as the portion is very small and balanced. For example, eating fruit and healthy foods one day then the next only eating chips, cake etc. will not help you loose weight. But eating healthy will an extra little unhealthy type of food will help and satifiy you at the same time. :):)

There is no point having such a diet for a couple of weeks, you'll loose some weight for sure but you'll gain it back really fast when you drop the diet or sometimes gain more! keep walking more and more, tons of tea you mentioned hope you drink sugar free. if not, just cutting down the sugar will make you loose 1-2 kilograms (personal experience)

  8. This is all depends on how much you weight as of right now. This diet will not work for someone who is already in a ok body fat percentage. If you are a little over weight, it will. The thing is we have to burn more calorie's than what we intake. 3500 calories is equal to one pound.

    you need to get most of your calories from protein and carbs, this is going to give you the enregy and help the protien progestion pumps break down the food for quick and better distrabution.

    I would throw in a cup of cottage cheese a day. and then on your cheat day most of your intake should be from carbs. This is called carb loading.  Also tons of water also equals pounds. remember one gallon is equal to 8 pounds.

    the avergae diet alone you can almost bet on losing 2-3 lbs a week

  10. it's not healthy to eat under 1200 kcals a day.  I think you should bump up your diet to 1200-1500kcals and just exercise off the extra kcals you eat.  You won't lose weight by dieting alone.  If you don't eat enough calories, your body goes into "starvation mode" and you won't burn any fat.  In starvation mode, your body thinks you're starving and will store all your calories as fat.  Eat a few more calories, preferably more whole grains and vegetables.  Make sure you eat enough protein also.

    Search up some new exercises using google.  There are tons of exercises you can do in your home aside from walking and jogging that will help you build strength and burn calories.
