i know its not healthy but its only for 2 weeks and if i still feel like losing weight after i will eat 1000-1500 kcalories a day and all from healthy foods...right now my diet is:breakfastyogurt 70 kcalsvitaminblack coffeelunchfish or meat or chicken grilledsalad/veggiestons of tea, water....1 cereal bar every 3 dayzwalk a lot, sometimes jogwhat do u think?? how much will i loose??also do u think i can have a 1200 kcalories cheat day??? thank u))
