It depends on the welding rate you have and the job. If it's a lateral penetration in a confined space you're paid by the foot that's a set rate in the area that you're doing the work for example. You aren't exactly being very specific at all here so I can't be specific in an answer. 20 bucks per hour to 70. 5 bucks per lateral foot to 65. Welders are a dime a dozen. Just about everyone that completes a commercial dive course is one.
