How much do unlicensed babysitters get paid?

Hi.. how much do unlicensed babysitters get paid by the state??? we found a babysitter and the stateis going 2 pay her money. I think licensed babysitters get paid 400 dollars once a month but she is not licensed so how should she get paid?? We live in the state of Washington Thank you
