How much do veteranarians get paid?

Ok well when i go to college i want to be a vet. and i was wondering how much they get paid bcuz no one in my family seems to know. plz help me!!!!

After college, you go to veterinarian school for four years. There are very few vet schools in the U.S. and competition is stiff.

Opportunities for veterinarians are numerous. A friend of mine is a vet and is director of the zoo here. Veterinarians work for the FDA as inspectors and researchers. You can work in an animal medicine practice or open one on your own.

Salaries then would be varied, depending on the position. But for the most part, veterinarians as educated professionals do quite well.
