It all depends on your growth rate and other things, I know people who were in my 8th grade ( 14 years old)  who towered over me and now they wont grow anymore.

some men grow well into their mid twenties it is possible but it's very rare

I don't know but I know men are in thier physical prime at age 18 and women are in thier physical prime at age 25.
