Im a footballer myself, really want to play for england at international level, but after reading what eniola aluko said about being paid only £40 at the world cup each day for 5 weeks, i was very dissapointed... woman football has no respect at all, same job and everything, but what they get is literally nothing...very very disapointing,, i might think about what i want to do agin..this is how they put girls off football. girls like me :( although i love playing the sport,, i wouldnt want to be somewhere, where i have no respect for what i do at pro level!

Sorry, I can't answer your question. I don't know, but i've been looking everywhere on the web to try and find out and the fact that there's virtually nothing about it says a lot, don't you think? I mean there's info on just about everything imaginable on the 'net, and some right nonsense too. I could probably find out endless amounts on such topics such as smoking catnip for fun or some nobodies opinion on why Boyzone are, like, the best band EVER!!! But there's absolutely nothing, ZILCH! about women football players wagers. Shows how much people don't give a s**t about women's football and how far away we still are from getting female sports players in general the same respect that men in sport get. Very disappointing.
At a guess though i'd say women footballers don't get very much at all, although I think that women in the Premiership are 'professional' players and do it as their sole job so I guess they must get an amount that sustains them at the very least.
