For the UK:

Regular new staff (aged under 21) earn approx. £4.30/hr

Over 21's are £5 +

I work 5 x 8hour shifts a week on £4.70 an hour

When I worked casual at a McDonald's store, about 5yrs ago, I would only get about 2-6hrs a week. The rate of pay then for a 15yr old was like $4.60AU/hr. I think it would have to be the lowest rate of pay out.
