  1. Pay goes by rank in the military, you can however receive what is known as SDAP. This is reserved for MOS's that are critical or require a high degree of skill.  


  2. There is no special pay for medics.  You get paid the same as everyone else.  By rank and time served.

  3. As far as I am aware, your basic pay reflects your pay grade, not your specialty. Your pay grade is generally according to your rank and how long you have been serving.
