How much do you pay per kwt for electricy and where do you live?

I paid 20.1 cents per kwt this month and I live in Fort Worth Texas.

Doesn't really matter here in Denver, Xcel Energy has so many add ons for maintenace, administration, interstate piping, wind source charge, renewable energy charge....etc. that the charge per hour if left as is would be reasonable........

Mine reads $0.148 per KWH and I used 451 = $66.75

10.97 cents per kwh based on the total bill ($31.80 for 290 kwh).  Southern Oregon.
