Well I guess like antiques, the older the doll is, the pricier it gets. Not forgetting the condition of the doll. Is it in mint condition? If it is, you could probably fetch more for it. Better put it up for auction or advertise it..You can have a higher chance of getting above the market price.

You need to be more specific. If it's a limited edition or Collectors edition and it's still in the box then it's depends on which one it is. It could be worth anywhere from $10 to $300.

If it;s just a run of the mill, made to be played with Barbie and it's out of the box then it's not worth much at all.
