  1. What if we all WALK, or CARPOOL to work on WEDNESDAYS to cut cost on GAS?

If nobody bought gas on wednesday's and either walked, rode bike, carpooled, bus, or other, we could put a huge dent on gas prices!!! if everybody that reads this passes the info along and copies and pastes it in email to every one in their contact list, eventually more people would catch on to the fad and gas prices would eventually drop.

4 days a month is HUGE.

Lets all come together and do something about this RECESSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF WE DON"T DO SOMETHING NOW IT MAY BE TOO LATE AND WE WILL BECOME A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

    ACT NOW

PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND HAVE THEM PASS IT ON ALSO

    THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. This is just my opinion, but I doubt the average people will continue to buy gas at around $5.  The wealthier upper class may still be able to afford it, but may be increasingly pressured to consider more eco-friendly alternatives due to climate change and pressure groups.  More people are going to either commute, drive hybrids, electrics, hydrogen-powered.  Ultimately, the only correction to high gas prices is even higher gas prices.  Sooner or later consumers are going to realize it's much too high and stop buying all together.  Then maybe gas prices will drop, but by then maybe alternative energy sources will be considered?

Perhaps only the military will still use gas if gas prices really do soar in the near future.  I personally can't see tanks and airplanes running on electric batteries at the moment.

  3. Here's a little info for you. In the middle of April 2008, ABC News had a segment on one of the companies that supplies the "NUMBERS" that the gas companies use on their roadside signs telling us the prices per gallon. They said that the gas companies have already put in their orders for the number "5".

You know what that means? It means they are already planning on gas going up to and over $5.00 per gallon in the very near future.

In fact we should be at or over $4.00 by the end of this summer.

So I would guess it will be about $10.00 a gallon if not more.

If you want a solution, go to my profile and click on my Yahoo 360 link and go to my blog for more details on how we can possibly get the prices to come down.

  4. $26 gallon   I've just jumped in time machine and had a look.

water $40 gallon yep waters more expensive in the future you heard it here first.

  5. I doubt gas will exist if it passes five or six bucks. Why? With global warming awareness growing by the day, and car companies coming out with more and more hybrids and electricity-only cars, no need for gas.

And, oil will become as valuable as dirt.

  6. I'll see ur $8 and raise it to $10.
