How much do you think it cost for wrong u-turn?

by the way i just u -turn in a two double yellow line there is no car side by side so i just go directly . i did not stop in between the yellow line because there is no car on the other side so i go right away, is that traffic violation? there is no car why should i stop .no sign for NO U-turn it is just because it is a two yellow line. can you give me an idea how much it's cost?

About $150.00to $200.00 for crossing the yellow lines and the u-turn about $100.00 to $200.00..............

yes it was illegal because you went through a double yellow line.  If a police officer or traffic cam caught you it would probably be around 150-200 dollars.  :( YIKES
