  1. I am a caddie and the rates go as follows generally.

    Single Bag- 35- 40

    Double Bag- 80- 100

    Forecaddie- 25 per player

For an excellent caddie...whatever you feel like and feel you can afford.  Caddies sometimes can get 300-800 a round if players are gambling etc.  However this is a rare occurance.  These are the suggested rates above though on our "caddie rate card" where I work.  If you have questions ask the caddiemaster as well or the head pro....differant courses may vary.  Courses have differant rates based on caddies experiance etc.

Also remember...anything is appreciated.  We caddie because we love the game, and we are your biggest cheer section.  Ask questions...we know the course.

  2. I agree with Diesel's answer. But if you got plenty of wild shots and if you win big in the stakes becos of his advise given to you, then you should tip more.

  3. I paid $18 for a caddie once.   He was using his cell all the time... hehehe.
