  1. If it's water, the density is 1, and it weighs 1.1 Kg, which is about 2.4 lbs.  However, if it's rock, you need to find the density.  Most rock has a density 2-3 times that of water, so 5-7 lbs would be expected, but there is a lot of variation in the density of rocks.  Most other things are more dense than water.  Not much floats well!

  2. a cc is a unit of volume...there is 1000 cc to a liter.so weight wise it would depend on what it is  for instance 1000 ccs of water wouldn't be as heavy as 1000 ccs of lead.

  3. cc stands for cubic centimeters which is a measure of volume and not mass.  water has a density of 1 gram per cubic centimeter so 1100 cc's of water would weigh 1100 grams.  if you had 1100 cc's of iron (density of 7.9 grams per cubic centimeter) then it would have a mass of 8,690 grams.  1000 grams = 2.2 lbs so 1100 cc's of water would weigh 2.42 lbs.  But the key point to remember is cc is a measure of volume and not mass.

  4. Depends on the density, you are asking about a volume to mass conversion, which doesn't make sense.

  5. if it is water then 1 cc = 1 gram(that is the standard they started with in making the measured volume >or size<(cubic centimeter).   As for any other material, you need to know the density of the material(1 cc of styrofoam is less in weight than 1cc of lead for instance).  All are the  same size(volume) but weights are different due to gravitational pull of the third moon of Jupiter.
