he sucks a great deal..all these ppl who claim to be packer fans are just farve fans.they have placed him above the team just like brett has.wins credit allways goes to brett and the losses allways to someone else.its the defensive coordinaters fault or the coach or the recievers.but never bretts,they didnt throw the last ditch attempt pick that was ill advised let alone 6 in 1 playoff game twice..wasnt his fault..nope not bretts.. now he screwed the team at draft day,not his fault..now he wants to come back,not his fault..threatens to create a circus,not his fault..wants to play for another div team,not his fault.

Timothy G., what are you talking about? This guy is the MOST OVERATED QB of ALL TIME.  If Super Bowls are the measure of greatness, then Trent Dilfer is right up there with him. The only thing uncommon about this guy is the transposition spelling of his name. Mr. Fuh-vree is, has been, and always will be an INTERCEPTION MACHINE. Prime example; 2001 NFC divisional playoff vs. Rams. You remember... it was the "pick six" game. We aint talking about horse racing on this one. Mr. Fuh-vree threw SIX interceptions in that game leading the Pack to a four touchdown loss. Impressive! I once saw this guy doing an interview after a last minute WIN over the falcons and the guy starts crying like an eight year old. This was a win, not a LOSS. How pathetic can you get? (Maybe it was the drug addiction) The Interception Machine needs to just go away. Maybe the Pack will come to their senses and let him sign with the Vikes and then the Interception Machine known as Mr. Fuh-vree will finally start throwing the ball to the Packers. Vince Lombardi just rolled over in his grave on this one.

As long as he can still physically throw the football, I don't think I'll ever lose respect for the man.  He didn't even want to retire and I think everyone knew that...

Truthfully, very few people know what went on at Green Bay. I don't myself. Brett could have been talked into a retirement that he did not want. Some Speculation was that he was paid to retire. Who knows other that three people. On the outside, everything looked as if Brett just wanted to retire. Many things go on in locker rooms and with coaches that the general public hears nothing about. Who's to blame? No one knows. Brett still does not suck and he will go down as one of the greatest QBs to ever play the game.
