How much does DSW pay?

Does anyone nkow how much DSW Shoe pays assitant managers on average? I know it varies area to area, but if someone maybe had an idea it would help

I know my nieghbor works at DSW and she makes $55,000/yr with full benefits, 401K, medical,dental, prescription, stock options and if she stays there for 20 years she can retire with the same pay every paycheck, also she will recieve a company car. Not bad.
