How much does Europe charge for ATM fees on average?

I am going to Europe for 2 weeks and I wanted to know how much on average the ATMs charge for service fee. My current bank doesnt charge me any extra for using ATMs around the world.

  1. sometimes they do. it depends on the country...plus, if you're using a debit card, they charge a conversion rate from the dollar to the euro. some credit cards do this as well. european atms tell you that it may cost you, but they dont tell you how much. its usually not more than 10 or 15 cents, but again, it depends on the country and your location. (example being england since they're not on the euro.)


  2. Neither does my  bank and I have never paid a fee by a bank abroad.

    There may be ATMs in special places, like inside shops or amusement parks, that charge a fee, but they will have to announce that.

    I never came across one.
