  1. for the floor associates, cashier and stockroom/ truck unloading, I'm assuming you would be doing one of those, you make 35 cents more than mininum wage for the first 6 months and then 25 cent increase every 90 days after that


  2. Its based on your work experience. I would guess start at 8 dollars or so

  3. I worked at Kohl's for two years. If you are just a checker/ floor associate, you should ask for $7-8.00. They may only offer around $6.50 though. The good news is, you should have a pretty good chance of moving up if you work hard.

  6. Sorry but you can't set a pay rate based on age.  If you are 17, I'm assuming you aren't well skilled and will be working an entry level job, so you can assume not much more than minimum wage.
