Zellers start their new employee's wages according to experience. It also depends on whether you will be full time or part time and what position you are applying for. An entry level sales position with no experience will be paid at just over the minimum wage. The good thing is that Zellers does review their employee's work within a very short time. Therefore if you are doing a good job, always on time, give good customer service and are a team player you can expect your wages to increase at regular intervals. You will find that their wages are very competetive to other large retailers.

Sometimes you can get some information just by asking some of the newer staff members on their breaks especailly if they're not in the store working.

If you have lots of experience and are looking for full time it may also give you a little bit of negiotating room.
