It shouldn't cost anything. The card is free to sign up for, unlike Barnes & Noble's card. Just go up to the front counter and ask what you need to do. It will probably be just filling out a form. They should issue you a new key tag and the info on the form will be used to transfer your account, if needed, to the new card.
