How much does a McDonald burger cost in Scandinavia?

Heard that food is very expensive in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. How much should I allocate for a fast food or simple meal ?

Eh yeah, food, and most other things are really expensive, here in Norway at least (probably about the same prices in Sweden and Denmark), mostly because we have a pretty good income =)

I assume you'd have to spend about $5-6 for some sort of McDonald's meal, if my calculations into US dollars are about correct =)
