The regular price for a system is about $130 and you won't see much variation in price anywhere. However, you can buy a used DS Lite system from somewhere like GameStop for $109 or you can get the original DS for $79:

You can also try eBay, but you usually end up paying about the same price as from the store and with places like GameStop and Game Crazy and EB Games you can usually just walk in and walk out with what you want--no waiting. Plus, the stores usually will give you a warranty on used items.
