Depends on lots of different factors.

Location of the bar (big city, small town...etc.), Area of the town the bar is in (downtown, outside city limits, etc), What type of bar it is (club, sports bar, dive bar, restaurant bar, etc.), How many daily customers you have, what hours you work, what days you work, how quickly you work, how good of a bartender you are....etc...etc...

I could go on.

It all depends on how much you make in tips.

Anywhere from $5,000 a year in a small dive bar in a small town working the day shift up to $100,000 a year in a trendy Vegas club working late nights every weekend.

become a Chef instead. Better hours and the Bartender has to serve you when you get off work!!!!!!!

My answer is why would you  want to be one? very hard work and  your  pay is based on tips usually
