You can choose between 2 companies "Itapermirim" and "Aguia Branca", Thru "Itapermirim" it takes approx 24 hours and I don´t know how much it costs, With "Aguia  Branca" they don´t disclose the travel time, but they have very confortable busses and the price is R$ 184,46 ( US$ 95.51 ).

We flew on Goal airlines, it cost $300 total for me and my husband. The flight was less than 2 hours.

I live in Brazil and both cities are fantastic places. The price of the bus is a kind of 50 dollars, and it really worth doing this journey. It takes almost 12 hours, but it worths.
