How much does a chain link fence cost?

I need an estasmite chain link fence at 4' h with a perimeter of about 170, with 2 gates, its for my eagle scout project and i need an answer soon, it just hasto be an roughestamite, i just need the materials, no work needed

i have been in the fence business for over 15 years. i would sell those materials for about 480.- 500. good luck!

this is based on residential materials with 2- walk gates (4ft. wide)

Try calling the home improvement stores in your area and the fencing stores. You just want material cost they can give that to you.

This is a good question and good project for you but you have left out too much info for anyone to accurately answer this question.  What area of the country are you in?  What type of post setting are you using?  What shape is the fence? How many sides?  What size gates?  What gauge metal are you using?  These are just the first questions that came to mind.  Good Luck!!!
