It has no weight other wise it would fall to earth.

  If you condensed it to liquid water IT would fall as rain because of it's weight.

  The size of the cloud when condensed to water would weigh about 55 lbs per cubic.

In order to say how much the average cloud weighs, we would need to know its average volume and its average density in units of mass/volume;

then mass = volume x density.
