Liekely she will share some to the bartender that she depends on. It really depends on the type of place, volume and type of clients. It is really hard work and not a job for timid people.

Sad to say but alot depends on your appearance. If you are good at your job and the amount of alcohal consumed by your guests would also contribute to just what your tips might be.
