How much does a do it yourself bankruptcy cost?

I will do a free counseling session "pro bono" for chapter 7 bankruptcy to get certificate for the 1st step. basically i don't want to pay attorney fees so I will file on my own behalf, how much will it cost me, Any advice?

Just do a google search for bk filings or do it your self bk information.

attorneys make a fee because they know things.

don't take out your own appendix and

do engage an attorney to file your bankruptcy paper.

After you do the paperwork ( there are online sites that will do the paperwork for a fee ), or you can buy kits at office supply stores ( $69.00 ).  Then all you have to pay is court fee for filing all the paperwork ( under $100.00 ).
