  1. This is a question of relativity. Relative to the golf ball it gains no weight at all. But relative to a bystander (say the person hitting the ball) the closer the ball moves to the speed of light, relatively the more mass it has. But 100mph isn't even close to approaching the speed of light so the amount of relative mass gain is infinitely small as the mass increase is an exponential curve with speed being the variable. I would advise you research 'Theory of Relativity' or more specifically (if you already know about some of this) the concept of 'mass dilation'


  2. It does weigh a lot more upon impact.   Check out Einstein and the moving train becoming heavier and heavier.

    This is why a moving train will do a lot more to a brick wall than a non moving train.

  4. I'm not sure exactly what you're asking... if you're asking if the mass of the ball changes, then no it does not.  But it does experience a huge amount of force upon impact, several times the force that gravity would normally exert on it.
