  1. take your registration to the dealer and they will cut you a key from the vin # for less than 10 bucks.

  2. 25 bucks

  3. Most dealerships don't keep key codes in their system from 95 so you probably won't be able get it from your vin. The good thing though is that Honda puts key codes on every lock on the car. Glove box locks are usually the best if you have one, if not the trunk is fairly easy too.

The key code should be 4 to 6 numbers and possibly a letter with it. It will be STAMPED on the lock. From there, take it to a locksmith and they should be able to cut you a key for around $20 to $25. Keep the key code written down somewhere.

  4. It will probably not cost too much because it doesn't have a transponder chip in it (They started putting chips in civics in 2001). But where they will get you is when the locksmith or dealer has to use their special tools to make an impression of your locks.
