  1. It all depends. From free to $100,000

  2. too much lol

well please forgive me if im wrong but it sounds like you arent a rider so i would suggest riding lessons first. and learn how to look after horses first too...

ok so it all depends...there are some people that sell there horses to show homes n stuff so they are usually about 5000 to around 20 000 bucks. though some people just give them away for a few hundred dollars. every horse can jump, but some are just better and bred for it.

so after you buy the horse you still have to pay for farrier, vet, rugs and all so it all adds up to ALOT of money!

    hope this helps!

  3. Assuming that you want a well trained jumping horse, I would estimate at around $10,000.  It's probably more of a range between a few thousand and $15,000.  If you want a really upper level horse who is going to win at major competitions, then we're talking even higher prices.  You can find bargains... sometimes people need to get rid of their horse quickly and will sell it for cheaper (the 50% off close-out sale, if you will).  If you're willing to train the horse to jump, you can get one who is cheaper... but you have to have the experience and the time to train a horse to jump.  Some people could take a green horse and teach it to jump, but you should not if you're inexperienced.  You need a horse that fits you... that means your experience level, not just your price range.  It's important for you to find a safe horse and usually a safe jumper is going to cost you some money.  If you're an inexperienced rider, you need an experienced horse.  The more experience the horse has, the more it is going to cost.

Remember that a horse "costs" a lot more than its purchase price.  After buying it, you'll also have to feed and stable it, get vet and farrier care, train it (either ride it yourself or pay someone else to).

And don't forget that the horse you choose must be healthy.  If you find a bargain that's too good to be true, be careful... it might be just that!  You should have your vet look over any horses that you are thinking about buying... tell them the type of activity that you plan on using the horse for, and ask if the horse will be suited to that activity (no prior injuries or anything).  Also make sure you ride and hang around the horse a little bit before you decide to buy.  You want to be sure that his temperament is going to fit you.

Your question is a little to vague for us to answer here.  A horse can be free and there's also horses out there who are selling for millions of dollars.  I suggest going to websites like these:

    http://www.equine.com

    http://www.horsetopia.com

    http://www.dreamhorse.com

Play around with their horse classifieds.  Type in the information that you're looking for in a horse... breed, location, training, price, etc.  Then see what comes up.  Expand or narrow your search as necessary.

  4. alot

  5. Do you want to show?

High do you want to Jump?

    how experienced are you ?

If not showing and want a horse to jump safely  small logs etc==1.500

Show horse to you to win on and say 3ft and is safe=== 6,000+

If your talking big time and your a really good rider--+150.000+ .25,000

  6. it really depends. i once saw an ad in my local newspaper for a bunch of horses going for 100 bucks a piece.

  7. It all depends on what your looking for,how far you want to go in the equestrian world

and how good of a horse you want...............

If your looking for just the average horse to mess around with a ride leisurly, the your talking anywheres from free to $3,0000.00

If your talking about a horse that has expierience and your an expierienced rider your looking at $500 - $5000.00

so there is a big range of pricing that  your talking about

you should start by  doing some research and working with an expierienced person

that way you can narrow what you want down to a small margin

and the expierienced person can help you find a suitable horse
