How much does a large plastic garbage can cost and where could I buy one?

those are usually 45 gal drums try a manufacturing company or even a large scale bakery that gets cooking oil in bulk,I get mine from a wine marking store that's how they get the grape juice delivered for the wine to be made.Your question was about schools and parks not likely a commercial store would carry them that big

My brother gets them free from work.   They are used to seal canoes for shipping.   If one has a hole in it, they throw it away.    He has a number of thick, 20 foot plastic bags.   Try asking a shipping company if they have any extras.
