Alot of Assistant Managers for Arby's make around $9/hr. A general managers pay defends on a few factors. Volume,Sales, Location, Work History, and Ability. The range can be quite dramatic from 25k to 45k, this does not include perks like bonus,401k,health care, etc. These are  huge determining factor you should look into. Sometimes these outweigh the low salary. I work for KFC and make about 15k less than the average on salary, but my bonus and perks puts me about 5k ahead of the average GM. Sorry to be vague, but this is the best answer you'll get!

Really depends on the area.  In Florida I made $9/ hours in Michigan I make $11.58 an hour

NOTHING!!!! all u get it free food!! and u cant do nothing wrong! always get yell at for things others do. people that are mean!! you would not like to be a manager for them. well not in pa. also pay is low! lets try  8.50 for a shift manager!
