How much does a monroe piercing hurt? And what is in the inside of you lip holding it in place? ?

Everyone's pain threshold is different - some people may say it hurts and it may not hurt at all for someone else. The thing that screws into the end of the piercing is flat and it screws onto the end of the stud. It's hard to explain but it's often used for a labret piercing. Look them up and see.

Some one I know has one. They told me its on the lower end of the peircing-pain spectrum. Not to bad.

It works like a thumbtack, the pin goes from the inside to the outside and is kept from going though by a small disk, then you can s***w the ball or jewel or whatever it is to the outside.
