How much does a nanny in the cincinnati area make?

I'm thinking of becoming a full-time nanny for four children, two small children under 5 and infant twins, I would mainly just take care of the children and take them to activities, the zoo, etc. how much average does a nanny make taking care of four small children?

well that depends on if you going to be a live-in nanny.  but usually it's around $8 - $12 per hour.  Always ask for the bigger salary. that's very wise, you might not get it but you can bargain with it.
