How much does a new barge or tugboat cost?

There are two type of barges I'm interested in:

1. dry bulk cargo barge

2. tank barge

3. Tugboat

Too many variables,, size, service area, power, tow boat or ocean tug...

A 50 foot barge may be as low as 10G,  an 800 foot barge is several million.  Small tug 1/4 million.  big one 5 million or more.
