How much does a normal 12 year old weighs i have a son i just wanna know?

i have a son i think hes overweight so how much weight should he be at the age 12 ?

it depends on the kid.  His height has a lot to do with it and some kids are solid (not fat) and some kids are skinny.  He could weigh anywhere between 60 and 140 and still be on the charts.

It depends on the height of the child.  Take his height and weight and enter it into a BMI Calculator online such as http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and it will tell you if he is overweight.  Good luck.

It would depend on his height. I would google BMI calculator and put in his height and weight, and see what it says. If you are concerned, consult his doctor.

I was a TINY 12 yr old at around 60 lbs, just depends on how tall he is and how he is built. Boys are usually bigger then girls in the end, but at this age they are about the same.

The BMI is being phased out.  There have been several studies that have proven its inaccuracy since it only takes into consideration height and weight and does not take body size, muscle mass, gender, age into calculation.  Here is a link to a weight chart for boys ages 2-20 that gives a range depending on body type, age, height.
