How much does a one square feet in Manipal centre located at bangalore cost ?

499 Sq ft. Is that a flat?

Anyway, with the existing HAL airport gone, but still close by Bangalore centre MGRoad and access to new destination Koramangala any location near Manipal center would be pricy.

Prices may be down now. It should be atleast 2500-3000 per Sq ft.

Rs20lakhs to Rs30 Lakhs, depending upon the location at Manipal center.(around Rs5000/- a sft.)
