How much does a person charge for babysitting for 1 child and up to 3 children?

I would like to know what to charge, what is exceptable considering i provide meals and drinks I usually have the children up to 9 hrs thank you for your feedback

My licensed in-(her)home daycare provider charges $2/hr, with a discount for multiple kids from the same family.  We're not in a large city (current population approx 8500), which I think makes a difference--people I work with in a near-by large town (probably has a population of approx 250,000) pay considerably more.
