How much does a professor in cultural anthropology make?

I want to get a PhD in cultural anthropology and study Middle Eastern people/culture.

Well i know just for an anthropology its about 47,000 a year in Colorado for just that.. and i am guessing that you will have more money since higher education (PhD) means more money. Good luck to you. I know people that love doing that just they don't study Middle Eastern people/culture

from my experience here not much. but in other countries, a lot if you like going to fieldworks.

Too much!!! Get a career in a discipline not so disconnected from reality. Try biological anthro.
