The 80 Gig core, coming in September is 400$

The 40 gig, which is discontinued when the above console is released, is also 400$

The 80 gig MGS4 edition is 500$ but that will also be discontinued when the Core is released.

it really depends how many gigs and where you buy it

i got mine brand new and 40 gigs and I bought it for 540 !!
