  1. Yup, about 200 pounds. The preferred choice of wood for a tie is White Oak. Unlike Red Oak, the White has no real consumer value, keeping the price down to about 32 dollars each. Of course, your foot doesn't care about that. Listen - don't work tomorrow. Don't do anything. Soak the foot. Tell 'em I said so.
