Here in Southern California the average day rate is about $95.00 a day. This does not include vet work or shoeing.

It really depends on where you are located, how much experience the trainer has, and so on... For my area I have seen 30 day training from 200 to 600. Its hard to say. Find a few reputable trainers and price them out. But make sure they have reliable training experience.
