Really depends, but I would say $35,000 to $60,000.  Depends on geograhic locality, size and industry of the company, demand in your area for the job, and the economy.  The economy is weakening, so there may be more people looking.  If you are starting college, go ahead as when you graduate the economy will be booming.

Varies depending on your educational background (top notch school or the state college), what internships you have done, location of the company (wages are much higher in NYC than Indianapolis, but then the taxes are outrageous in NYC, cost of living is a killer, so you'll net more in Indianapolis, but have more prestige and long-term career opportunities in NYC), size of the company, your interviewing and negotiating skills, etc.  So whatever the published range in the Occupational Handbook (google that), the range is actually wider and in many respects entirely up to you.
