  1. Too much.

    Go for the bus. There are Orleans Express buses leaving from Montreal to Quebec City every half hour. Don't waste your money on trains, it is barely any faster and definitely more expensive.

  3. about $100 return $200 on vip, in my experiance its not worth vip for a 3 hour train ride - VIA rail is the only train to go between the two cities.
