I don't know any exact figures but say a pint is £2.70 and you get 250 walkthrough the doors on a week day thats £675. If they have on average 3 pints a piece thats £2025. Add in spirits and mixers at £3.20 for 50 people thats £160, don't forget your food and meal deals (including nibbles) I think you could easily be looking at £3500 - £4000 if the flow of people is constant. If you have Sky Sports thats an added bonus and if you show football matches/boxing that brings in a few extra punters. Don't forget most pubs will take close to £20000 at weekends when they do most business... yes sir a most profitable business.
