Believe it or not, dancers and cheerleaders for sports teams only get paid about $200 or so per game.  Taking that into consideration, I 'd be willing to be those girls are getting paid less than $500 for each event but the UFC probably pays all their expenses to fly to las vegas, stay in a hotel, eat, etc while they are in town for the event.  Who knows, as cheap as Dana White is, he may make them do the event for free and tell them "Listen, you do it for free and you will get all kinds of exposure on TV so modeling companies and agencies can find you."  Regardless, I am sure it is not a bad gig considering all they have to do is look cute for a night during the weekend.
