Well it is free in 5 star hotels if you are staying at the hotel.  I don't know about lower star hotels or pirate business baths though.

it is important if the bath have Thermal water..

and also, some service may be extra costs.

But we can say that the cost of an avarage Turkish bath is about 50 $.
