How much does a woman get paid?

If a woman and a man worked in the same job, working the same hours, would the woman be paid less than or more than men?

If not, would you say that society is being sexists towards women?

depend on the performance..

normally men got paid more.. .

for my past experience.. I got paid more than men..

If it's a union job, the bargaining unit negotiates for all employees. If it's a sweat shop, the company screws over who ever they want.
