How much does an Avaerage Swing set cost?

I would really like a swing set for the backyard-I'm trying to convince my mom-how much does an average swing set without like slides and all that other stuff (just swings) cost? Is it expensive? where should i go to get one?

Check out Craigslist for your area for used ones or you can even post your ad there.... maybe someone has one to give away just for moving it?

Any where from $155-$900. Go to google type in (swing set) then at the top press shopping and it will show you the prices so you can compare them.

They run from 100  - 10,000 (no kidding).

The ones made from 4*4 redwood are at the high end.  

2*4 pine are the cheapest.  

Go to walmart, target or sears for the lowend proces

ours was at walmart with slide,monkey bar,and glider, 2 swings for $89.00 so just swings would probably be closer to $25.00 but it is harder to find when you don't buy set.
